What Metings does

Metings is a room-finding service. You send us a brief; we research venues, check availability, and send you options. We are not the venue: any booking you make is a direct agreement between you and the venue, on the venue's terms, including its payment and cancellation policies.

Requests are not bookings

Submitting the request form does not reserve a room and no payment is taken through this website. A booking exists only once you have confirmed it with a venue.

Our shortlists

We work to make every shortlist accurate — availability, pricing, and details are gathered from venues at the time we check. Venues can change prices or availability before you confirm, and final details should always be verified in your booking with the venue.

Photography

Photographs on this site are illustrative imagery of meeting and work spaces, licensed from Unsplash contributors under the Unsplash License. They show the kinds of rooms we find, not specific venues on offer.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse this site — for example by sending false requests, attempting to disrupt the service, or scraping content for unrelated purposes.

Limitation of liability

This website and our shortlists are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website or from arrangements made between you and a venue.
